A recipient of numerous accolades—including 2nd place at the RAD Dance Challenge, Silver Medalist at Asia Dance Arts Festival and Hong Kong Challenge Dance Cup, and a recipient of the Martin Rubinstein Award —Erica’s foundation as a performer informs her approach as an educator. Today, she is a registered teacher with both the Royal Academy of Dance and CSTD, with over a decade of teaching experience. Her students have gone on to receive awards and scholarships across both local and international platforms, a reflection of her emphasis on strong technique, musicality, and individual growth.

Beyond the studio, Erica has contributed to the wider dance community as an educator and mentor. She has taught at United World College, and currently serves as a Supervisor and Tutor for the Certificate in Dance Teaching (CDT) across Singapore and Asia. She is also appointed as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Tutor with the Royal Academy of Dance (UK), shaping the next generation of dance educators.

In addition to ballet, Erica is deeply passionate about Flamenco, having performed in notable productions such as Feria de Abril Singapore, the Chingay Festival, The Nutcracker in Singapore, and most recently as the Butterfly Queen in Love & Destiny.

At the heart of her work lies a clear philosophy: that dance is not merely taught, but cultivated. Under her leadership, Le Grand continues to honour its founding vision while evolving into a space where dancers—young and adult alike—are guided with precision, care, and a quiet pursuit of excellence.
