Erica Ng graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance, University of Bath, with a BA (Hons) Dance Education. Under the tutelage of our Principal, Ms Jennie Ng since the age of 4. She has completed all the vocational levels for both RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) and CSTD (Commonwealth Society for Teachers of Dancing).

Under the mentorship of Ms. Jennie Ng, she has attained: 

• BA (Honours Degree) Dance Education 

• Licentiate in Royal Academy of Dance with Distinction (LRAD)

• Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance (ARAD)

• Royal Academy of Dance Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS)

• Commonwealth Society of Teacher of Dancing (CSTD) Teaching Certificate

 

Through her years of dancing, Erica has received numerous awards such as placing 1st Runner-up in SIDC, 2nd position at the RAD Dance Challenge, Silver Medalist of the Asia Dance Arts Festival and Hong Kong Challenge Dance Cup, and is also a recipient of the CSTD Martin Rubinstein Award.

 

Erica is a registered teacher with both RAD and CSTD, teaching students from Baby Ballet to Vocational levels. With teaching experiences over a decade, her students have won awards and scholarships in both local and overseas competitions. Apart from teaching at Le Grand she has also been teaching at United World College (International School).

Apart from ballet, Erica also have great passion for Flamenco. She has represented Le Grand in performances including the Feria de Abril Singapore, People Association productions such as Chingay Festival, The Nutcracker in Singapore and took on one of the lead role in recent production "Love & Destiny" as the Butterfly Queen.

She is currently a Supervisor and Tutor Certificate in Dance Teaching (CDT) for Singapore and Asia, and is also appointed as a CPD Tutor (Continuing Professional Development) for Royal Academy of Dance (UK)
