Specially led by dancers, our Ballet Fitness programme is designed to inculcate ballet fundamental into the modern twist of barre. This introductory class type offers you a poppy and energetic way to ease into the art form.

This class is designed to enhance your posture, balance, flexibility and overall body awareness. In this class, we draw inspiration from classical ballet training and repertoires, focusing on foundational ballet exercises at the barre to improve core stability, alignment, and muscle endurance. No prior ballet experience is necessary.

The Ballet Fitness: Sculpt programme is designed to inculcate ballet fundamentals into the modern twist of fitness. This class type offers you a poppy and energetic way to ease into the art form. The class aims to tone your body without increasing bulk, improve posture, strengthen and build endurance in intrinsic muscles and build balance and coordination skills. Get a chance to acquaint yourself with this movement type through exquisite short sequences classes. A good understanding in basic ballet positioning and posture is encouraged.

Fundamentals
New to Ballet fitness? This class type is just the one for you! A fundamentals class typically focuses on movements and techniques use in ballet conditioning and classes. It is designed to help beginners or those new to the art form understand proper alignment and basic exercises commonly used. Expect to learn the foundational principles while engaging muscles throughout the body for strength, flexibility, and balance.
