BarreStudio Series: Ballet Barre

Specially led by dancers, our Ballet Barre programme is designed to inculcate ballet fundamental into the modern twist of barre. This introductory class type offers you a poppy and energetic way to ease into the art form. 

The BarreStudio Series aims to:

  • Tone your body without increasing bulk

  • Improve posture

  • Strengthen and build endurance in intrinsic muscles

  • Build balance and coordination skills

Assemble a good foundation in ballet placement for yourself, while you enjoy this hybrid workout to curated music playlists. Get a chance to acquaint yourself with this movement type through exquisite short sequences and themed classes.
